These terms are an agreement between you and Uhrick Home Services LLC, doing business as Lazy J Mining Co. By using this website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with security or operations, misuse accounts or payment systems, scrape protected data, or use the service unlawfully.
Prices, availability, and payment options are shown during ordering or invoicing and may change before an order is accepted. Miner lease payments are one-time transactions. Configured outbound shipping is included at no additional charge, and local pickup is available during the business hours posted for Lazy J Mining Co. Hosted-hashrate rentals are recurring monthly services at the quantity and price disclosed when ordered. You authorize the selected payment provider to collect applicable charges until cancellation takes effect.
Purchased hashrate represents hosted mining capacity, not ownership of Bitcoin, a guaranteed payout, an investment, or a promise of profit. Bitcoin mining is probabilistic. Network difficulty, pool performance, downtime, fees, and Bitcoin price can change results. No block means no block reward or payout for the applicable mining activity.
Miner equipment is provided under a continuing lease covered by a single one-time lease payment, with no additional recurring equipment-lease charge. The lease continues for as long as the customer wants to keep mining. Lazy J Mining Co. retains ownership. During an active lease, Lazy J Mining Co. will not require the customer to return the miner unless Lazy J Mining Co. first sends a newer replacement miner. Lazy J Mining Co. will repair or replace a malfunctioning leased miner at its cost. The customer may operate the configured miner at the delivery location but may not sell, transfer, pledge, or materially alter it. When the customer chooses to stop mining and end the lease, the miner must be returned to Lazy J Mining Co. using the return instructions we provide. Equipment descriptions and advertised hashrate are based on the identified product and expected configuration; actual performance can vary. Contact us promptly about damage, loss, an error, or an unauthorized charge.
You must provide accurate information, protect order and account links, and use mining services lawfully. We may suspend service to address nonpayment, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.
Except for express written commitments, the website and services are provided as available without implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation, mining results, profitability, or fitness for a particular financial objective. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages and will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product or service during the preceding three months.
